RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with the product and services received from International Library Service. In order for that to happen, we have found that it is good customer service for us to communicate to you about your product return privileges before an order takes place.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please give us a call or send an email. The product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. It is important to remember that we will NOT accept returns for CD-ROM's, Ordered books and standards that are not on our website, Electronic Documents, Any ASTM standards and books, Standards, Specifications, Codes, Unbound (Loose Leaf) Books or books and standards that have been replaced by a newer edition.

Publications must be currently in print and in good condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge on authorized returns and a 35% restocking fee on all unauthorized returns. It is important to remember to give us a call when you want to return an item so that you can receive a Return Authorization Number or RAN.

All orders are considered complete after 90 days from the invoice date. All claims must be reported within 90 days from the invoice date or no further action can be made.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned shipment. We also request that you return your books by a TRACEABLE means, (UPS, FedEx, Registered Mail, or DHL) to the following address:
